Would it be possible to draw a hold 'race track' the the next version. Basically right click somewhere, include 'race track' in the menu, enter the approach leg heading and then have the race track drawn based upon the default aircraft speed.

Yes it would be possible. But it's unlikely. This forum is for the discussion of new features, so if enough other people chime in and declare this is a feature they think SkyDemon should have, we will definitely consider it.
